Our Founders Divesh Dhandar and Chris Janumala had a vision of a fun and funky Tex-Mex restau rant and bar themed that served authentic and fresh food in an atmosphere that appealed to everyone. From these humble beginnings Broozo was born.
While we are Tex-Mex, our menu is made up of a combination of flavours, with recipes and ingredients from across the border towns of Mexico, Italy of-course. Wanna know a secret? Out ingredients are 100% authentic and sourced from natural kitchen. Our founders had a vision to bring FRESH to PLATE and that commitment to our food is still the core of every thing we do today
